If the order total exceeds the gift voucher value, you can pay the remaining amount using standard payment methods or another gift voucher.

Yes. If your order total exceeds the value remaining on your gift voucher, you can pay the balance using standard payment methods.

Yes. You can apply multiple gift vouchers to an order.

When using a gift voucher, the full value of the gift voucher is always applied. It's not possible to partially redeem a gift voucher unless the order total is less than the gift voucher balance.

The recipient receives an initial email with the gift voucher balance. After entering the gift voucher code at checkout, the remaining balance appears.

Sorry, we cannot refund gift vouchers. Any purchases made with a gift voucher and returned, will be refunded to the gift voucher balance (ie, the voucher is not exchangeable for cash).
